All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order placement via either USPS or UPS. Handmade items such as pillow covers may take an extra 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time during high volume times such as holidays and sales.
We ship worldwide and are always excited to see our goodies travel to fun places! Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive. Shipping charges are always hard to predict however we always refund any overages. You are more than welcome to contact us regarding international shipments and charges as well!

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. If you know that you may have trouble with package delivery, we are more than willing to offer signature confirmation for your order. Just leave us a note at checkout!

We are more than willing to exchange your items if they are not to your liking. Please contact us within 5 business days of your order delivery via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We absolutely love working with designers and love seeing our goodies used in your clients homes. We offer a 20% discount to our designer friends off anything in the shop.
